Fire Safety and Manual Handling Training in 2019

Each week in DublinTown we host a training session to help support a safer workplace for our member businesses.
Led by our instructor Russell, the training sessions cover topics such as Fire Safety & Manual Handling (with First-Aid training soon to be added).
Normally these training sessions can cost employers hundred of euros, however DublinTown offers them for €10 per person (to cover certification).
So far in 2019 we have organised:
Fire Safety
- 10 courses run
- So far 97 people trained
- 39 separate companies attended
- Costs for courses on average are approx €40 per head.
- Value of courses to members this year to date of €3880

Manual Handling

- Cost of courses is approx €350 for a class of 10.

As you can see, the feedback for the courses has been excellent and depending on demand, we may look to increasing the number run each week (as they tend to quickly fill up).
