Summer in Dublin 2023

Following on from the successful partnership for events such as Dublin’s Purple Flag in 2022 and the Lunar New Festival activations in February 2023 – DublinTown in partnership with Dublin City Council’s Office of City Recovery are organising a series of four free family fun on street activations called Summer in Dublin 2023.
The first is happening this Sunday (23rd) on Suffolk Street.
Summer in Dublin will bring some free fun to the streets of the city centre each Sunday from July 23rd to August 13th, keeping families busy & entertained as they shop, socialize, and take in some of the culture that only Dublin city centre can offer.
At each event between 1pm and 5pm the public can enjoy local business stalls, face painting, giant board games, costumed characters, arts & crafts and music through live radio broadcast by Dublin’s FM104.
All activities will be free.
The Sunday dates and locations are:
- July 23rd on Suffolk Street D2
- July 30th on North Earl Street D1
- Aug 6th on Capel Street D1 (includes outdoor movie screening)
- Aug 13th on South King Street D2
