The Gardaí have circulated the following useful information for all businesses as we approach the busy Christmas season.
As we approach the Christmas season the volume of cash being handled on business premises will undoubtedly increase. This is an opportune time for business owners to assess their cash handling procedures and ensure that all of their staff are aware of appropriate personal and business security.
The Garda National Crime Prevention Unit has published an updated ‘Retail Security Guide’ to provide relevant retail theft and robbery prevention advice, a copy of which is attached.
The information is very relevant to you and your members and may provide additional tips on security of their business.
