Dublin City Centre Transport Plan 2023 (Draft)

Dublin City Council, in partnership with the National Transport Authority, has published the draft Dublin City Centre Transport Plan 2023. A public consultation on the plan has also opened.

The traffic management changes include significantly reducing volumes of car traffic in the city centre by changing sections of the North and South Quays to public transport/walking/cycling only, making Parliament Street traffic free and more.
DublinTown has flagged that consultation with the business community will be needed. If you have any immediate points, please send on by reply to this email. There will be further opportunity to submit feedback in regards to the proposed changes presently.
