Duke Street/Anne Street Public Realm Improvement Works Notification – Cellar and Private Landing Surveys

DCC have asked DublinTown to share the following information:
Dublin City Council have obtained Part 8 approval for the above public realm scheme and are currently progressing through the final design and have identified that additional surveys of existing underground cellars are now required at certain properties within the project area.
The survey of your property will extend 1.5m inside the building line and will be a visual inspection only, to confirm the extents and condition of your cellar under the footpaths and carriageway.
They would be obliged if you could facilitate this survey, which will be carried out by our nominated consultant O’Reilly Stuart & Associates. The completed report will be treated as strictly confidential and you will be provided with a copy of the report.
