Enterprise Ireland – Online Retail Scheme

Enterprise Ireland have launched a new pilot scheme to support eligible SMEs in the retail sector to develop a more competitive online offer and presence. This grant will enable retailers to increase their customer base and build a more resilient business in the domestic and global marketplace both online and offline.

The €625,000 scheme consists of a financial support of up to €25,000 to enable retailers to enhance their online presence. You could be eligible if you meet the following requirements:

• Are you an SME retailer with 20 employees that has started you journey online?
• Do you need to enhance digital capability to compete internationally?
• Are you planning to invest in your online capabilities?
• Do you want to improve customer experience?

This grant will support up to 50% of the costs for example:

• Research
• Strategy development
• Implementation
• Training of staff
