Grow College Green – Pre Planning Design Consultation

Dublin City Council has launched the pre planning design for the Grow College Green project, which reimagines the historic heart of the city as a place to pause, breathe and connect.

The consultation is now live, and we are inviting feedback from businesses, residents and the wider community. You can view the full set of plans at the link below:

A public display is also available in the Civic Offices, Wood Quay, for those who would like to view the materials in person. Feedback may be submitted until 11^th March 2026.
